Shipping and Returns

Shipping

 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Some of our jewellery is made to order and so some pieces could take longer to create, please see product pages for individual shipping times for items. If you are in a hurry for a particular item, do contact us at greenwoodadorned@gmail.com and ask if we are able to get the item to you quicker than the stated time. We are always happy to try and accommodate this wherever possible depending on the workload.

 

Please do note that once your order has left us it is in the hands of Royal Mail. 

 

 

For order values below £29.99 a postage fee of £2.95 applies. 

For order values between £30 and £79.99, we offer free standard delivery.

For order values over £80, you will receive free Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is a next working day delivery service. Please note that Saturdays are not included.

Returns

We ensure all items that are supplied and where applicable posted to customers, are of the highest standard, but understand that occasionally there may be a need to return items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are very sorry to hear that. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item (for online purchases) or after purchasing your item in person from Greenwood Adorned to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) we will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please note:

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

 

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

 

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item.

 

Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom items (e.g. commissions), unless they’re faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of ours

  • Earrings for pierced ears unless faulty (in the interests of hygiene)

  • Workshop places (please see Section 8 - Workshops in Terms of Service here)
